A Piadina is an Italian flatbread from the Emilia-Romagna region. Much like a pizza but typically thinner and crispier and mostly used in wraps filled with meat, cheese and vegetables. A staple in any Italian cafe. We wrap ours in a triangular shape so you get filling with every bite.
Our Focaccia is a Tuscan style flatbread, light and airy with a crisp lightly floured crust. Perfect filled as they are or they make the best pannini.
