Our signature homemade Tuscan inspired porchetta slow cooked for over 4 hours is one of my favourites. Soft succulent meat with crispy crackling has it all. Add to the mix several herbs and spices before cooking and this tastes just amazing. We have put homemade caramelised onions, rocket and mayo to this to make it a taste sensation.
